Windows Home Server 2011

I am planning to set up a home server running windows home server 2011. I have a few questions. Firstly, the operating system I am looking at is an OEM version, so will it come with licences, will they expire? How cheap are they to renew or buy? (For 6 computers?)

It uses a Username identification thingee to allow users resources on the server, I want to set all my users up on all my machines to redirect the my documents towards a share on the server, do I just enter a username in the server of one of my machine user names and it will identify it?

How easy is it it set up?

I want to use an HP Prolient MicroServer, on Amazon, the server with 2gb ram, Windows HS 2011 OEM and a stick of 4gb of ram which I am looking at is aroun £259.99? Is this good?

Once you buy windows home server, you own it. You can add up to 10 computers on one home server.

Not sure how to answer the second part. I haven't played with WHS enough to know that. I would assume it would kind of be like Server 2008. I know there is a "dashboard" installed on your computer when you set up a home server on that computer. You may just log into that after your on the computer you're using. You can give the user access to a shared documents type folder or give them access to their own, personal folder.

WHS is VERY easy to set up. Pretty much done for you in windows setup. I set up one for someone last night and it was the easiest server setup experience I had ever had. You can make it where you can access your server from any web address (gives you information when you click server settings from the dashboard and click remote web access).

Not sure on that price there due to me not knowing anything but US currency.
