Windows Live Mail will not forward pictures

My wife just got a new 64 bit computer with Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows Live Mail. When she tries to forward an e-mail with pictures, all you get are boxes with the dreaded red x, but a copy of the pictures across the top as a slide show. Is there any way to properly forward e-mail with pictures. Have asked this question in the Live Forum, but no answers. If we changed to Outlook e-mail (rather costly), would we overcome this problem, or is it a problem in mail programs from Microsoft!!

Most likely a security feature of the program. It's likely you have to have it allow pcitures to be displayed or html content. You might want to try a different email client like thunderbird.
