I have Windows Live on my pc, but i cant get it fully cleared. everytime i go into add/remove programs and delete it, i reinstall it and it gives me the same settings, same avatar, and now its to the point where the program itself wont even load. is there a magic way to bleach this program to make it seem like it never existed?
 
OC settings... your talking about Over Clocked Settings? If you are, I don't know. All I know is you apparently don't loose saved documents. But I don't know because I have never used it.

your overclocking settings are stored in your BIOS, restoring your system will not harm/change them... i believe he was talking about OS settings, and yes they will remove all installed programs and changes you made up til the point where you restored your system from...
