ok, i have windows media center 2005, and i want to remove all my artwork on all my music to be deleted so i can put my own artwork on via Album Cover Art Downloader...

I did a seach of my music folder and i included hidden files and i deleted all the artowrk in there... but the artwork still shows up in Media Center!!! how can i fix this!

also what is an good way to track tag so that the tags will show up in media center!

i think that the album art is stored within the mp3 file, so you need something to change that, itunes works in that way, and you just drag and drop the new album art into place
 
you don't need to bump every 3hours...and as far as the album art, since your tags are right, WMP is finding the album art automatically, i believe the artwork is stored automatically somehwere in a hidden file...if you go to tools>options>library turn off Retrieve additional information from the internet
