Windows No Longer Genuine

A couple days ago I was using my computer and it popped up with a message that my copy of Windows was no longer genuine and I needed to buy a new key online. I've had this copy of W7 on my computer for over 2 years and it's been reinstalled several times. I haven't added any new hardware since my SSD and CPU back in September. I do have a same copy of this install on my HDD that's currently in here but I haven't booted on to that in some time. Don't know why it would choose now to say it's no longer genuine.

I did install a network card a couple days ago but that shouldn't be the problem since I've used it before.

Any ideas? Is it maybe conflicting with my install on the HDD?

I would scan for malware first, since malware can alter the genuine file making that message appear.

I'll do a scan with MalwareBytes.

This is a screenshot of what it's telling me.

Edit: Quick Scan turned up 2 copies of PUP.Optional.InstallIQ

Just call the robot and it should authorize your copy of Windows again.

Those two supposed trojans are gone and the phone thing worked quite well. Thanks to you both. :) Activated again.
