Windows NT4 networking

Hi everybody. I am new here so excuse me if I don't do this right. I have two windows nt4 computers. I had a windows xp pro computer that the nt's would see on the network with no problem. Ever since I got the new computer that has windows 7 pro on it, I can't get the nt's to see it. When I try to see it from an nt machine it tells me the account has been disabled. I am not sure what other info you need so just let me know. I would like to get the nt's seeing the windows 7 pro machine.

We checked that but it still has us a little confused. Here is that story. The two NT machines say Workgroup is ABCD. The rest of the machines say Domain is ABCD. The NT machines see all the other computers and use to see the old XP pro machine that has been replaced with the 7 Pro machine. Now it is just the 7 Pro machine that they won't see.
