windows problem!! please help me!!

heres the problem. when i opened IE/msn the window opened to the right. OUTSIDE THE SCREEN!!! i cant drag it back. i dun remember doing anything werid before tis happened
 
Well first, be sure you don't have it set to run with two monitors and only have one connected... Probably not the problem, just getting it out there :P

I don't have Vista on this machine, but I assume it's going to be the same as XP... Try right clicking on the IE button on the task bar, select Move, then use the arrow keys to move the window back to the viewable area.
