Windows problem?

Every time I open up IE the window is small and if I stretch it to fit or if I maximize it windows dont remember and the next time I open it up it is small again and also when I open up a link the window is small is there a fix for this?

I wasnt realy looking for a 3rd party program to do it because my windows use to open normal, but I did find out how to do it. You have to stretch window to fit and hold down shift when you push red x to close and then it will remember the size. I just thought I would share in case anyone else has this problem!

right click on the IE and then chose propoerties,and then chose shortcut tab,then chose the max,, from the run tab,
