windows renew software?

I came across this program on ebay that is apparently capable of installing a fresh copy of xp on a system and activating it with the original keys the computer came with:

Sounds cool, but does this really work? I wasn't able to find any background on 'Dazzle Live' and its affiliation with microsoft. I fix computers for a living and this would help out a lot, if it works, but this sounds suspicious.

Any thoughts?

It seems like it's just a Windows XP cd. Nothing more.

Can't you just right click my computer and go to properties to get the cd key?

that isn't the windows genuine cd key. It is just the CD build number i think.
