windows server 2003 error

Every time I try and add this computer to my domain I get this error ( see pic below ) Only thing I have done since the last time I went to add a computer to my domain was I changed my Nic card. But I dont think that has something to do with it since all the computers on the domain still log in with no problem and work with no problem.

anyways, The screen shot of the error is below. also I posted a screen shot of the server. Let me know what you think might be the issue, thanks in advance.
