Windows Server 2003 vs XP Home

I've never used Server 2003 before, so i was wondering what server 2003 has in it thats much better then XP Home, such as networking tools, server tools, ect. And would i be able to use it as a normal OS instead of XP Home?
 
Apples and Oranges.

First Home is just a crippled cheaper version of Pro. It has crap for network tools and can't even connect to a domain.
Both are workstation OS's. 2003 server is a server OS. Technically you could run it on a workstaiton but there's not really much reason for it.
