Windows Server 2k8 R2 totaly messed up?!?!

hi, first time ive ever had to register on a computer forum so it must be bad!


came home today and for some reason my computer had restarted, odd i thought, anyway i logged on and for some reason wifi wasnt working. open network connections and i get a message saying 'the dependancy service or group failed to start'


when i go into any settings or services the windows look like this:

i already tried 'netsh winsock reset' and 'netsh int ip reset' with no sucess.


HELP!!
 
A windows file may be corrupted. I suggest opening up command prompt as an administrator, then typing sfc/ scannow. That will look over all of the files and check to see if they are untouched. If they are indeed corrupt, it will replace them with cached copies. If your cache is unavailable, it will ask for a windows disk.
