Windows,.. some weird settings change or so?

well... I just noticed it.. My scrol bar of IE is suddenly gone, and when i press crtl +alt +del, i only get a weird tasks screen, but not the usual task manager. =o

Ill post some pic's up asap.. but anyone ever heard of something like that? :x

edit: Ok,.. I just solved the scroll bar mistery.. my LCD was fooling around,... but still my task manager is messed up

Its happened to me too, took me a very long time to figure it out... and i never found out why it did it in the first place.
