Hi All,
Not sure if this is the right group to post in (please tell me right post if not) , but recently Windows takes forever to shut down, even just to restart..
It closes down to the point of sticking on 'Shutting Down' where at this point it holds for more than 10 minutes some times, and the system fans kick causes it to sound like it i am running loads of programs.
Does anyone have any solution to this, or what the problem is. I really don't want to reinstall windows, i only done that a few weeks ago! I have tried everything from uninstalling programs to complete defrags all of which speed the shutdown but to the same point.
Help
