Windows Update Agent ISSUE

What I was recommending was downloading the Windows 7 SP1 update as a standalone, installing that, and then performing Windows Update.

Well I've reformatted, reactivated, and done the installs.. i had to select "do not download/install" in update and have to manually look and avoid that agent update.

I know that is the problem., cause without it, things are fine!
