Windows Vista Disk Defragmenter

I'm using the disk defragmenter that came with vista and every time I ran an analysis, it never told me to defragment my hard drive. The computer is about 3 years old and is running slower than it did the first time I bought it. Is there a good disk defragmenter software I can download?

the one that come with vista is the best, i would surggest that theirs another problem causing the computer to run slow. Maybe a fresh copy of windows is the best way to go, as there maybe a software problem that cant be fixed using scandisk or Disk Defragmenter
