Yes, oyou an get it from www.microsoft.com for free, It is Beta 2, and you can download with speeds pushing 600kbps.

if microsoft is giving it out for free, i dont see any other way to download it but legally 
microsoft probably made the torrent if theyre giving it out for free.
i tried a version of vista before... i couldn't install any drivers. is that normal? lol

the Windows Vista beta version sucks. I would wait till the full version comes out.

Beta versions arent meant for your primary OS, it's meant for you to test out it's features so you can see what it's like before you buy it.
