Windows Vista Drivers HELP!!!!

Hey guys, i just finished installing Windows Vista on my computer and i needed the drivers for the Graphics, sound etc...
My computer is running Windows vista Home Premium, Intell Core 2 Duo, GIGABYTE motherboard (GA-VM900M).
So i needed drivers for this motherboard, please guys your help would be very very much appreciated.
