Windows Vista

My father in-law bought a laptop computer, it came with Windows Vista and we were thinking of installing Microsoft Office 2000 Pro on it. Will I be opening a can of worms when I do this or am I going to be safe..

while i have not tested it myself, i'm pretty sure you will be opening a can of worms, lol,
but you can always try and you can put it in the Vista compatibility thread

edit : but some people says it works but outlook has issues, but you can always try like i said.

I have 2003 Pro running just fine on Vista x64... I don't know about 2000 though... Just try it, you can uninstall...

Well I guess we will not be install Office 2000 Pro, I don't want to look like a fool to him..

I installed it on Vista 32 and it worked fine, no major issues. Go for it!
