Ok so I got my 2TB WD Se today and was excited to start cleaning up my files and getting rid of my other 2 drives but windows doesnt seem to want to find the drive. When I booted it up it said the drive was installed and ready to use. Its even listed in device manager with my other drives. But its not in the my computer page. Photobucket doesnt seem to be working right now either for me but I will upload a screen when I can.
The BIOS reads the driver perfectly fine, everything is square there. I have it plugged into the SATA 3 port on my motherboard, which I have never used but I read that this board may have problems with its SATA 3 ports as it was fairly new technology when this board came out. Im wondering if thats the problem. But if it was I would imagine that it wouldnt be able to read the drive at all if the port was the problem.

I guess its been a VERY long time since I have added a drive to my computer
