Windows XP Boot Problems

I am trying to start my computer running Windows XP Media Center Edition. My computer was working fine until I tried to add a second hard disk that I had used a while ago, and now, it doesn't start up. When I press the power button on my PC, it looks for bootable CDs, and finding none, it would usually boot off of the Hard Drive. Instead of doing that, it just hangs at a screen that shows:
Boot from CD :
Boot from CD :
and a blinking underscore
I have tried repairing the boot.ini file, repair installing windows, and anything else I can think of, but nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like if you were using IDE drives that the jumpers were not set right, like 2 masters or slaves when your main drive is suppost to be set as master and the spare as slave. Or it just threw your boot order off in the bios.
