Windows XP - Monopolising?

I heard this on the news about 3 minutes ago.....

The whole point about this is that Microsoft are selling computers with Windows already installed on them. That's fine... BUT, they are already install Windows Media Player when the consumer recieves it, so other companies who make similar software, aren't given the chance to sell theirs.....

I think they should be allowed to install their media player on Windows, because otherwise, they shouldn't be allowed to sell their platform already installed! But that's just my opinion....

WMP is free, so if you want to give a chance to other companies, buy their player...

yeah, wmp vs real player/quicktime (aka worst players ever) and like Lorand said, to get 'full features' from the competitors you gotta pay for it. It's no contest.
