Solved Windows XP - Offline but wish File Sharing to be Enabled

I have a good desktop XP computer which I still use. I don’t wish to use it online for security reasons, but I wish to copy files to and from it, to my Win 7 laptop via my router. So I wish the XP machine to be available on my LAN (for the file sharing) but not accessible to the Internet. How do I switch the settings in Network Connections to achieve this?
