all i did was unplug my external dvd burner and put it into this new rig and then after i restarted... its telling me to activate again because of major/significant hardware change wtf lol
so you're telling me that if i plug in a usb thumb drive it will do that too?
It did the same thing to me last week with my external hard drive. Rebooted my system and it told me my copy of windows wasn't valid to please validate. Went to their site ran the validation program and no problems since.
