Windows XP theme question

Hi,

I have changed the theme on my deskptop with DesktopX and it works fine except for my toolbar which remains the same, I tried a trial of windows blinds also a bit back and had the same trouble.

Any ideas?

have you tried another theme?
 
yes, i have tried 3 themes in total, when i had windows blinds installed it either wouldnt chaneg the toolbar or it would load up the classic windows toolbar instead. everything is fine but the toolbar
 
have you tried patching uxtheme.dll and using unsigned windows themes, this doesnt need ny third party software and it uses windows theme enging to do it, should fix your problem... but you can only use .theme files, not.wba (windowblinds) etc...

the uxtheme.gll patch is common, jsut google for it, download multipatcher - neowin version
