Windows XP weird error

hi to all dear viewer
my windows XP when starting up after showing windows logo
stops and shows a blue screen that have some messages such as:
"the problem seems to be caused by the following file : win32k.sys"
and at the bottom of the screen counts from 1 to 100 and
dumps physical memory in the disk.
i have this problem sometimes not always windows start up.
please guide me and say me what's the causer of this problem.

win32k.sys, is the windows kernel, this is just about the biggest part of WindowsXP. This error should not come up at all on a healthy syste, a clean reinstall of windows is needed. Perhaps try a "repair" installation with the XP disc. Boot the CD from DOS and select repair installation. Make sure you backup all of your data before you do this as it may get rid of some/all of your files.
