winTV-PVR-150 MCE questions??

On Hauppauge's site it says the WinTV-PVR-150 comes with WinTV-editor, WinTV-scheduler, and Uleads DVD movie factory. But then when you look at the WinTV-PVR-150 MCE kit it doesnt say it comes with any of that. So my question is for anybody who has a WinTV-PVR-150 MCE kit, does it come with WinTV-editor, WinTV-scheduler, and Uleads DVD movie factory?

No it doesnt come with them, becasue if you have the media center it is felt that you dont need these
