WinZip Problem

Hey everyone, well I'm having a problem unzipping a file. I double click on the file and it brings up winzip but then this other box opens up that says something about adding the file to an archive and I don't know what to do from there. I've tried a few things and I still can't open the file to get into the files inside it, and its really starting to get frustrating, if you guys could point me in the right direction it would be GREATLY appreciated.

If you haven't already found your fix, try opening winzip first, then opening the file from the app, instead of the other way around.
