What wires do i need to hook my capture card up to my tv, and record the audio and video?

I have the yellow, red and white connectors, S-video, and two little silver things sticking out.

for video, you can use RCA cables, S-video cable or just normal cable, depending on what your TV has.

For audio, you'll need a stero RCA to 3.5mm converter which would connect to your line-in on your sound card.

then that card can directly input sound. The card my grandparents had needed to output the audio into the line-in of the onboard soundcard.
