If that is just a $40 Lycosa I would recommend it. I don't completely how or what makes it rebranded, but I can say that the Lycosa is a good keyboard.
If you're looking for an illumated one, I would recommend the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard. I just got it a week ago, and it's amazing. The backlighting has 4 different levels of light, and the keys are quiet and smooth, like a laptop keyboard.
If you're not looking for silence though, I would definitely support the Lycosa.
