Wireless Adapter Cannot Start

I bought a new wireless adapter, because my old one kept losing internet connection. The new adapter is a TP-Link TG-3468. I put it into my computer, and my computer can find it, now I'm trying to update the drivers, which I downloaded from their website. Under Device Manager, it lists two adapters, labeled "Gigabit PCI Express Network Adapter" and "Gigabit PCI Express Network Adapter #2". I was able to update the drivers on the first one, but when I try to update them on the second one it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". When I try to go online, it sees my network, but when I try to connect it says "Error 651: Can't connect to the internet". I have no idea what I'm doing wrong at this point, as the manual that came with the adapter was not very helpful.
