Wireless Adapter Suggestion

I need a wireless N card for my PC. What do you guys suggest?

Right now I am using the Verizon FiOS router. But is it stupid for me to get a wireless N card if I am using the FiOS router?

Or should I get a wireless N router and hardwire the FiOS modem/router to the N router and use that wireless?
