I just bought a laptop and the only internet in the area is wireless internet. I have never used wireless before and I am looking for some help on how to make it work better. I am in the US Army and deployed to Iraq. There is wireless internet here but it is satilite wireless. There is a person who has a internet satilite antena just a trailer down from my room and they get great reception. In my room I dont get more then one bar. Does anyone know of an adapter or booster or anything I can install to get better reception from my room instead of having to stand outside for service? I believe I have a "b" wireless card in my laptop if that means anything to anyone.
