Wireless help

So i have friends older Amilo Pro V2000... I have on the right side button for wireless on/off... I want to connect to my network. I was able to use it before but now nothing that led lamp wont go green or anything... no message on windows although in network connections its appears wireless network adapter and says not connected... when i press view available networks it says i have to use other installed program. I go to intels managments for wifi and i cant search for network button is grey :(

Please help...
 
The WLAN on the AMILO Li 2727 will always switch off when the system is powered down.

To turn it ON you must press the Fn+F1 keys together, on other versions its Fn+F2, check for the little wireless symbol on the key.
