I need help trying to get my Internet working on my Toshiba laptop. I uninstalled some programs on my laptop and now my Internet is not working. I restored my laptop to yesterday because it was working yesterday but its still not working.

Once connected I get an error saying "run time" error. Please help me figure out why it's not working.

Thanks,
Trey

Check the device manager. (Right click Computer>Manage, then choose Device Manager in the left pane). Do you see anything with a yellow exclamation point next to it?

Thanks for the response and Unfortunately I do not see a yellow exclamation in device manager. Please see the new photo in my first post.

I would go on the manufactures website and download and re-install the wireless driver/software.

Okay then. Do you see the wireless icon down in the taskbar next to the clock? Make sure you're connected to your wireless network.

It sounds like he's not connected, he get's an error when he tries to connect.

"Once connected I get an error saying "run time" error."

Didn't see that. Yeah do what Geoff suggested and get the latest driver from Toshiba's website.

I would unplug the modem power and if you have a router also. unplug the power on that for about ten seconds. Then plug modem in first and then the router after the light all on the modem. Sometimes the modem will remember the old setup. And since you went back, maybe this is the cause.

That wouldn't have anything to do with his computer throwing runtime errors.
