wireless internet

I have just found out that my wireless internet is 2mb speed. I have rang up my internet provider and it would be to expencive to upgrade the internet. So i was wondering if a wireless dongle would help? Thanks in advance

That really won't do anything. Your actual wireless connection off of the device is probably 54Mb (standard G) or 11Mb (standard B), you would have to upgrade your ISP connection service in order to have any increase in speed.

Yes. You would have to pay for a better internet connection from your provider.
