Hello my name is freddy and im having a difficult time trying to find the solution to my problem. My wife has a dell laptop mini and her wireless signal is showing at 100% but when you open int explorer the browser shows an error message. I tried a couple of progams like cccleaner and network magic but I get the same result. If anyone here has any suggestion I would greatly appreciate it thank you.

My Network Places > View Network Connections > Wireless Network Connection > Properties > Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) > Properties > General
Check and see if both options are set to automatic, and if not change them both to automatic.

You may also have malware in your computer. You should download and install malwarebytes and run a scan.
if that doesn't work, then reinstall your network adaptor. You can can do that by going to device manager, selecting your wifi adaptor, and click uninstall. Then click on 'scan for new hardware changes' to reinstall your wifi adaptor.
