wireless keeps turning off

Hi everyone, i have a sony Vaio VGN-Z11MN\B, windows vista business
it was with windows xp, i installed vista business, the problem is my wireless keeps turning off:o, if i move my laptop exp if my laptop is on the table and i want to take it on my knee the wireless turn off, so the only option i have to get it on is to restart the laptop i did update for the wireless driver still the same problem, can someone help me with that

Is the wireless actually shutting off or is it just disconnecting from your network?

the wireless shutting off even the wireless led turn off, and i can't find any network, and if i go to check the wireless device on device manager i don't find the device installed,

That would be a hardware issue with the wireless card, might need to get it replaced.
