Wireless Keyboard Problem

I just bought a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse combo. The mouse works fine, and the keyboard is doing thing but not the right things. None of the keys perform the right functions. All of the regular letters open up different programs and such. I restored default setting and that didn't work. Anyone know what's up? Let me know.

Did the keyboard and mouse come with any software or cds? I am thinking it might be a driver problem, or a region problem, but i am not sure.

Yes, I installed the software and made sure to follow all the directions carefully. I've also tried updated the driver with no success. Any other suggestions?

Hmm. No clue. If you still have the recipt, i would return it.
