Wireless Networking Help.

So I have been thinking that I'll get one of the Apple Airport Express things soon so I can have wifi for my iPod Touch, however I'll be going to India soon and my dad has a wireless connection which is received in his desktop by a usb device. So getting the apple product isn't going to work if there is no ethernet connection to plug into it.

What other ways could I setup a wireless network for my iPod Touch using this wireless connection of my dads? All I know is that it is a wireless connection that uses a usb modem thing, however I can find out more if you need to know anything specific.

Thanks :)

Ok so the Apple Express thing is AUD$130:

and the other product I'm looking at is this for AUD$120

Firstly, in order to be able to change my ethernet connection into a wireless one so that my laptop and iPod Touch can connection it, would these products be what I am looking for?

I know that the Apple one is more expensive but I'd rather get it because its small and just goes straight into the power point and stuff. So would that serve me fine or am I looking for the wrong kind of thing or what? I'm looking to buy one tomorrow so I need help :)
