Wireless PCI card causing problems

Hi All

Built my mate a pc a few weeks back, he wanted to put it in his back room and didnt want to drill holes in his floor so got himself a wireless network card...

Now he installed it and installed the software and has got it up to the point where it detects the modem, but when he clicks connect the computer either restarts or BSOD...

This makes no sense to me... Why would it be doing this of all things?

Any help?

Try reinstalling the driver software. And is this a new card?
Also, what does the BSOD say?

Buggy driver sounds like. What's the manufacturer of the card?
