Wireless Print Server?

I got a Linksys Print Server and tried to hook it up as the directions say but it did not work.
I called the Linksys line but had trouble hearing the India Person talk so I hung up.
Can someone here simplify the installation?

I connected the printer, print server, connected the ethernet cord, powered up both as directed by the instructions. The CD is looking for the print server but can't find it. The router and printer and print server are in the same room. the pC is 60 feet away thru two interior walls, so I'm close enough, but the PC can't find the wireless print server.

Can anyone speak clear english who tried this before and it worked?

Thanks

I forgot to say

I forgor to say I already have a Linksys router with one pC wireless and one pC wired to the router, and both work great.
I'm trying to conect the wireless PC in the other room to use the printer in the room where the router is. My wife does not want to have the printer in her living room, where her PC is.
The printer will only be used for the wireless PC in the living room.

Thanks

Is has been a while since I have done this but isn't there a RJ45 connector on the print server that you connect to the router to set it (the print server) up?

To be honest, I hated the print server. It wont let the printer communicate with any of the computers which makes it a pain to change ink cartridges. IMO, sharing the printer on the box connected to the router is a better option.

Try updating your firmware. I had connection problems with my Linksys router, then I updated the firmware and it solved some problems.
