Wireless printer connection

I have no need for a wireless network. I have one computer and it is hard wired, however I would like to print wirelessly since I would like to put the printer in another room. If I purchased these two items would this be the easiest solution or do I need a router and print server? I have a canon ip6700.

thats crazy but it might work. save yourself the headach and money, buy a new printer with a built in lan or wireless built in. then you can print from anywhere in the world.
