I'm not too savy about computer hardware, but I know a little about software. So my question is, since a wireless mouse receiver and a usb wireless adapter both use radio frequencies, is there a way to alter the mouse receiver's frequency so that it can get wireless internet?
I know that it would be infinitely easier to go and buy an adapter for 20 bucks, but I'm curious as to if this could work, and if I could do it. I want to try it, and if by some miracle it works, then I just saved 20 bucks.
