Wireless Signal

I have a Wireless Netgear Router with built in Modem...etc. This is in the hall beacsue thats where the avalible phone line is.

Now one of my computers is EXACLTY above the router....but it recieves a "Low" or "Very Low" signal. why is that. I have tried changing the Channel on which it is broadcasted on. That makes no effect.

I have four laptops and they recieve "Excellent" coverage in most places.

So is there any products which can increase seignal strength.??

Also slightly off-topic but are there any SD cards avalible that enable a Ipaq to access a Wireless router. One for Europe
 
you just pullen straws walk away from the wirless router and go where you want to and if your right on top of the router your getting signal so no worries. Your still getting signal. Just enjoy your wireless.


On the Off subject "thing" buy a new computer. <-----don't worry about it.
 
I dont really want to buy a new one.....i just want it wiped "clean" start afresh as it would seem.

The hardware itself is fine
