wireless speakers?

i was going to get a new 5.1 speaker set. the 2 speakers that go in the back i want to have wire less so i can mount them on the back of my chair. i was wondering if you guys think taking the wireless reciever off of wireless head phones and putting them onto the speakers if it would work. i only want to do this with 2 speakers. im afraid of them having the same frequency

y dont you just buy some wireless speakers :S

Why not experiment and save some money? This way you learn about the technology you use, so when something breaks, you will have more of a chance of fixing it. As for making them wireless...dunno...never know if ya don't try
