Wiring up router??

I gotta wire up a Linksys WRT54G tomorrow, can just wire it up and configure it and everything work right? I already have the three PC's connected on a Dell Powerconnect switch, with Verizon DSL. Can I just implement the router, configure it, and it run smoothly?

you should be able to, you wont have to do anything major to what you have already got.
