witch is the best card ?

hi i am looking to upgrade my system but only the cpu socket 939 and graphic card, my current graphic card is a 6800gt , and i am considering one of these

I`d go with the 7800 GS m8.

They perform pretty much the same but i would go for the 7800 as well
