wmp 10 album info problem

I remember some time ago when i ripped or played cd's on my computer the album name and cover would load on in media player.
Now on a slightly newer computer running media player 10 when you insert audio cd it just lists track numbers. I select the option to find album info which it duly does. It then says click finish to update media library, when i do this media player just locks up. I have tried it a few times.
Any ideas people ??

Try a fresh copy of WMP 10. Whenever there's a problem with any version of WMP the uninstall and fresh download of the player usually sees it corrected. When going from going from WMP 9 to 10 you probably only saw a partial not complete installation on the new system. Backup you playlists and files and try another update to see if that helps you out.
