WMP rip music

When I rip music from a cd, I always get the same quallity: 192kb/s. Never 320, which is a cd quality rating. Directly ripped from a cd, it should give 320 no? Or has it something to to with WMP? I've got the 10th version...

Tools > Options > Rip Music - Move the slider to best quality
